Beautiful homes and adorable apartments celebrate rebirth and restoration!
The Cana House - 1011 Center Church Road - built in 1850 for Dr. A.B. Johns, Sr. and restored several years ago by the painstaking work of Guerrant and Janet Tredway - now owned by Brandy and Curtis Collins.
Blossom Terrace - 11948 NC Hwy 87 - built around 1930 for J. Frank and Katie Millner King and known for its long driveway lined with crepe myrtles and dogwoods - now owned by Christy and Jeffrey Starnes.
The Wilson Home - 651 Highland Drive - built in 1938 by local attorney James Fagg and his wife Henrietta, this home begs you to linger and absorb all of the historical and community memorabilia beautifully displayed throughout the house - now owned by Laurie and Ed Wilson.
The Lovell Home - 222 Highland Drive - built in the early 1950's by Harold (Whit) and Peg Whitcomb (Whit was President of Fieldcrest Mills). Owned and beautifully maintained by Dian Lovell and her late husband Tom for the past 20 years.
Ray Commons - 625 Washington Street - originally built in the early 1920s and recently restored by Michael Carpino - two apartments on the ground floor.
